Convert And Transfer Video To Your Ipod Using Nero

Of course you can use Itunes, But using Nero to convert and transfer videos to my ipod  is a lot easier and faster than Itunes for me in my own experience.

If you have Nero and Itunes installed on your computer and want to use Nero to convert and transfer video to ipod follow the steps below.

Plug in your video ipod or iphone on your computer USB port and open itunes if it's not automatically opened when the ipod is plugged.

Under your ipod summary from itunes make sure you select the "Manually manage songs and playlist" and click apply.

Now let's go to Nero Recode from Nero StartSmart .... Nero Recode can be found under Applications on Nero 7, For Nero 8 click on Nero logo at the bottom to see the Nero Recode.

You can get to Nero Recode through any other way you prefer.

From Nero Recode click on "Recorde DVDs and videos to Nero Digital" and click on Import Files button and locate the video files you want to convert and transfer to you ipod or iphone. Select the video and click the "Add title" button, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard to select multiple video files at once, click close button when you are done adding the files.

On Profile Category chose Apple Ipod and make sure you Uncheck the Fit to target Box (see image below)

You can do more like Trimming the video if you wish..... when you are done proceed to the final step by clicking Next. For the destination Nero will automatically detect your ipod if it's plugged on your computer, Now click burn for Nero to convert and send the video to your Ipod or Iphone.

Note: In case you see a warning massage from Nero, Just click ok as you have already done what it's telling you from the begining.
